Welcome to Thervox. By accessing or placing an order on www.thervox.pk, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully — they are written to be clear, fair, and free of surprises.

1. About Thervox

Thervox is a Pakistan-based online retail drinkware store operating at www.thervox.pk, selling tumblers and tumbler accessories with delivery across Pakistan.

2. Retail Sales Only

Thervox is a retail store. Every product is sold in single retail units — there is no minimum order quantity, and we do not offer wholesale or bulk pricing.

3. Who Can Order

There are no age restrictions on ordering from Thervox. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery and contact information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.

4. Products & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to describe each product accurately, including capacity, material, construction, and lid type, on its product page.
  • Product colors may vary slightly from screen images due to display settings and lighting in photography.
  • All listed specifications reflect the product as sold; if a delivered item materially differs from its listing, it is covered under our Return Policy.

5. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and apply to retail purchases on www.thervox.pk.
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
  • Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown in real time at checkout before you confirm the order (see our Shipping Policy).

6. Orders & Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Meezan Bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and NayaPay.
  • An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or unreachable delivery details — with a full refund of any amount paid.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms, charges, timeframes, and tracking are governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary during peak seasons.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are all governed by our Return and Refund Policy — returns within 7 days of delivery, exchanges within 5 days, and refunds to your original payment method within 7 days of approval, all for damaged, defective, or wrong items only.

9. Product Use & Care

Our products are intended for normal drinkware use. Damage resulting from misuse — including microwaving metal products, freezer use of vacuum-insulated products, or use of harsh chemicals — is not covered under return or exchange policies. Care guidance is provided across our collection pages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on www.thervox.pk — including text, product descriptions, images, and the Thervox name and logo — is the property of Thervox and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Thervox's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for courier delays outside our control, though we will always assist in resolving them.

12. Privacy

Your personal information (name, address, phone, payment details) is used solely to process and deliver your orders and provide customer support. We do not sell your information to third parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

Thervox may update these terms at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page, and continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from an order or the use of this website falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
