Where We Deliver
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities, towns, and remote areas.

You will always see your final delivery charge before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during peak seasons (Eid, Ramadan, and major sale events). We will inform you of any expected delay.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Sunday is our weekly off — orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday.
- Orders are not processed or delivered on public holidays.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use it to track your parcel through our courier partner. If you have any question about your delivery status, contact us anytime on WhatsApp at +92 345 841 7171.

For advance payment, place your order, then contact us on WhatsApp at +92 345 841 7171 with your order number — we will share payment details and confirm your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment receipt. Thervox Gives the 10% Discount on Advance Payment.
Important Delivery Notes
- Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
- Our courier partner may call before delivery — please keep your phone reachable.
- If delivery fails after repeated attempts due to an unreachable address or phone, the parcel may be returned to us.
- Fragile items (glass and ceramic tumblers) are packed with extra care as standard.
